Hayle Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI) and Heritage Economic Regeneration Scheme (HERS) was completed on 30 June 2008

This heritage led economic regeneration initiative has stimulated the local economy by investing in the sensitive repair and refurbishment of historic buildings and spaces.  The three-year project has just come to an end.  An exhibition of the Hayle Townscape Initiative was held in December 2008 to show all the improvements in Copperhouse and Foundry.

Hayle's THI/HERS comprised three main elements:
Harvey's Foundry Phase II, Streetscape and Historic Building Grants
